Another tester and guess what, nearly got it all right!!!
So I have managed to get most of the measurements right and get them all fitting perfectly with each other on the right weight stock, its just a few alignment issues now.
The front looks great but the back has still some alterations to make. I didn't account for the cut out tabbing and so have ended up cutting half of the information off, also i aligned the middle section to the wrong grid and so has now also been cut of.
Hopefully with these few alterations I can get started working on the visuals and making sure they work.
