The bear identity has now changed to a more contained image as this is much easier to print and be produced in shapes rather than before where the 'beard' was quite a delicate shape. I have then simplified the ribbon down as it was taking over the design and i realised that it gave of the wrong impression as it looked more grand and traditionl rather than circus and fun.
This all means that the focus has now been put back into the beard as this solely has to carry the banner.
