This shape worked the best out of all of them as it held the copy well and having the point pointed upwards gives a much more positive creative feel to the identity.

I have been experimenting with type size and placement to try and create something 'creative' as there were no restrictions on size or orientation of the 'creative'.

I have added a small sketch detail to the end of the pencil as to make it a bit more obvious to what it represents but i really didn't want something cheesy so i think this works well and will appeal to a creative audience as well as the general public.

There seems to be a lot of variety in the colour ways they use with the identity, so i have just experimented using the colours in different orders to see if it still works this way. I think the most sucessful are the second and fourth approaches whereas the fifth approach is lost within the black.
